Baladi is a multi-role grocery platform designed to connect customers, vendors, and delivery teams for fast, reliable, and high-quality grocery deliveries.

The focus of the project was to revamp the existing product, enhance the overall user experience, and create a scalable e-commerce system that supports multiple store domains, efficient inventory handling, and instant delivery operations.
